Are your hotel rates per room or per person?

The rates charged are per room (double occupancy) and for an extra person 1,400 Baht will be charged (for extra bed)

How do I cancel my hotel reservation without a charge?

Do you have a pet policy?

We regret that animals are not allowed on the hotel premises.

What are the standard check-in and check-out times of the hotel?

Check-in 14.00 p.m. Check-out 12.00 p.m.

Is it possible to check-in earlier?

It is sometimes possible to check-in early however this is subject to availability. To ensure your room is ready upon arrival, we recommend you reserve the room one night in advance.

Can I have a late check-out?

It is possible to have a late check-out as per room availability. Please note that for late check-outs not over 6 hours a half day’s charge will apply and if over 6 hours an additional room night will be charged at the regular room rate.

Are king sized bed available in the rooms?

Yes, they are.

Do you have non-smoking rooms?

All rooms are non-smoking but we provide designed smoking zones in terrace.

Is internet available at the hotel?

The entire hotel is set up for free Wi-Fi internet access in both guestrooms and public areas and you can obtain a username and password from the front desk.

Where is breakfast served and at what times?

A breakfast buffet is served in Palm Garden Restaurant between 6:00 a.m. -10:00 a.m.

Do you have 24-hours room service?

Yes, during weekend only. During week day we provide room service until 11.00 p.m.

Can baggage be stored at the hotel whilst I travel to another location in Kanchanaburi?

Yes. Please contact the front desk to make the necessary arrangements.
